Transaction Disclaimer
Please read this before requesting a quote, submitting an offer, or planning a purchase.

1. Website content is not an offer
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to sell or buy any product. Product categories, descriptions, and examples are provided for general information about the kinds of products we work with.
2. Availability changes constantly
Sealed trading card inventory moves quickly. Any availability discussed at one point in time can change before a transaction is finalized. We confirm availability during transaction review — not before.
3. Quote requests do not reserve inventory
Submitting a quote request, receiving a confirmation email, or being assigned a reference number does not reserve product, lock pricing, or create any obligation on either side.
4. Quotes are subject to confirmation
Quotes we prepare are informational and remain subject to manual confirmation. Prices, quantities, and terms may change before a written transaction agreement is finalized — for example, due to market movement or availability changes.
5. Offers may be accepted, rejected, or countered
Offers submitted to us — whether to buy inventory or to sell inventory to us — may be accepted, rejected, or countered at our discretion. Submitting inventory through our Sell to Us form does not guarantee an offer or a purchase.
6. No transaction is final until approved in writing
Every transaction is reviewed manually. A transaction exists only when its terms — products, quantities, condition, price, payment method, and fulfillment — have been approved and confirmed in writing by Nile Innovations LLC. Until then, either side may walk away.
7. Payment instructions come only after approval
Approved transactions are generally completed by ACH or wire transfer. Payment instructions are provided only after a transaction has been manually reviewed and approved. We never request payment before a transaction has been reviewed and approved. For your protection: only trust banking or payment instructions received through verified company channels after your transaction has been reviewed and approved. If you receive unexpected payment details claiming to be from us, contact us directly before sending any funds.
8. Product names and trademarks
Pokémon and all related names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners, including Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., and The Pokémon Company (International). Nile Innovations LLC is an independent reseller of authentic sealed products and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc. All other product names and brands are the property of their respective owners.
