Cookie Policy

This document is a starting template generated for Nile Innovations LLC and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before being relied on in production. Effective date: July 18, 2026.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. This site uses a deliberately minimal set of cookies and similar browser storage.

2. Strictly necessary storage

  • Admin session cookie (ni_admin_session) — used only by site administrators to stay signed in to the management dashboard. Regular visitors never receive it.
  • Consent choice (ni-consent, browser localStorage) — remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics.
  • Form drafts (browser sessionStorage) — preserves your quote-form progress on your own device; never transmitted until you submit.

3. Analytics cookies (optional, consent-based)

If analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage (pages viewed, general location, device type). Analytics storage is disabled by defaultand only activates if you choose "Accept analytics" in the cookie notice. We do not send form contents or personal details to analytics.

4. Anti-bot verification

Our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish humans from bots. Turnstile may set functional cookies scoped to that purpose when a form with verification is used.

5. Managing cookies

  • Decline analytics via the cookie notice — the site works fully without them.
  • Clear your browser storage at any time to reset your choice.
  • Use browser settings or extensions to block cookies entirely.
